You can keep the lights on to watch films, TV and sport with the UHD52ALV 4K Ultra HD smart home projector, just unveiled by Optoma.

This next evolution of the popular UHD51ALVe is brighter and offers even more features including support for HDR and HLG, TapCast screen mirroring and voice control.

With Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, people can take control of their home with simple voice commands, including powering on and off the projector, controlling volume, pausing content and more. Also, IFTTT support provides seamless smart home automation with smart IoT devices and easy access to popular streaming services through the Optoma Marketplace.

The UHD52ALV comes with an inbuilt 4K UHD media player, wireless functionality and sophisticated PureMotion frame-interpolation technology. This advanced processing eliminates motion blur or image judder, even in high-speed action films or fast-paced sports.

Set-up is simple with vertical lens shift for fuss free positioning and a whole host of connection options.  Packed with features, this stylish projector boasts High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) compatibility, HDCP 2.2 support and includes a stereo speaker that provides powerful audio.

Equipped with Optoma’s Amazing Colour technology which includes an enhanced colour wheel and multiple modes and settings to choose from, users have the freedom to select the best setting for the content. Each mode has been fine-tuned by Optoma’s expert colour team to ensure superior colour performance. Reference mode reproduces accurate Rec.709 HDTV broadcast spec colours – ensuring reproduction of cinematic colour.
